PPG PR-1770 Class B is a high strength aircraft integral fuel tank sealant. Service temperature is −55 to 180 °C. It is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other fuselage sealing applications, and maintains elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. It is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured Permapol® P-5 polysulfide, a low sag, thixotropic paste applied by extrusion gun or spatula. Tests are run to AMS 3269 Class B methods.

- Peel: 200–222 N/25 mm after JRF, 258–307 N/25 mm after JRF/salt water, 100% cohesive
- Tensile strength 3654 kPa (530 psi); elongation 350%; 2654 kPa after 8 hours at 182 °C
- No cracking or loss of adhesion at −54 °C; no rolling or tearing when shaved or sanded
