PPG PR-1775 Class B is a non-chromate, corrosion inhibitive sealant. Service temperature is −54 to 121 °C, with short term recurring exposures (approximately 6 hours) to 182 °C. It is an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminium alloys and between dissimilar metals, and maintains elastomeric properties after exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. It is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured Permapol® P-5 polysulfide, a low sag, thixotropic paste applied by extrusion gun or spatula. Tests are run to AMS 3265 Class B methods.

- At least 9 months below 27 °C in unopened containers; frozen cartridges at least 30 days below −40 °C
