PPG PR-2070 LS1 is a two-part, flexible, flame-retardant, pourable self-levelling compound used for filling small pockets of aircraft structures to aid the drainage of water and other fluids. Service temperature is −54 to 71 °C (−65 to 160 °F). The cured material has good resistance to water and hydraulic fluid and does not contain decabromodiphenyl ether (decaDBE). It is not intended for fuel tank applications.

- Viscosity: base 280 P (28 Pa·s), accelerator 6 P (0.6 Pa·s); inclined block flow 1.6 in; modified flow <3 min
- At 25 °C, 50% RH: tack free 4 hours; cure to 30 Shore A 8 hours
- Flammability (12 s vertical): extinguishing time 2 s; burn length 1 in; drip extinguishing time 0 s
- Lap shear: BMS 10-11 IA 117 psi, BMS 10-11 IIA 125 psi, Alodine 1200 116 psi; 117–118 psi after conditioning in LD-4 hydraulic fluid
Storage
- At least 9 months at 16–27 °C (60–80 °F) in unopened containers
- Premixed frozen cartridges: 42 days at or below −62 °C (−80 °F)
