Hernon® ReAct 727 is a toughened acrylic adhesive designed mainly for securing ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding; it is also used in various structural bonding applications. It combines high tensile strength with flexibility, giving bonds with high impact and peel resistance. It cures at room temperature and is used with Hernon EF Activator 56; no mixing is needed and there is no pot life.

- Pre-coated sheet metal, ferrites, plastic and metal wear strips
- Metals with galvanized, phosphate and dichromate surfaces

- Modified acrylic; off-white, translucent; specific gravity 1.08; viscosity 56,000–64,000 cP
- Fixture time: 2 min at 0.1 mm gap, 25 min at 0.5 mm gap
- Shear strength (grit-blasted steel, 0.1 mm, 24 hours) at least 17.3 N/mm² (2500 psi)
- Recommended bond gap 0.1 mm, maximum 0.5 mm

- Store at 7–29 °C in a cool, dry place in unopened containers
