Rocol Chainguard 280

ROCOL CHAINGUARD 280 is an ester-based high-temperature chain oil for drive and transport chains and bearings up to 280°C.

Features:

• Antioxidant combination gives longer wet film life with lower deposit and varnish formation
• Anti-wear properties reduce chain wear
• Penetrates chain links and pins
• Low evaporation extends relubrication intervals; low fuming
• Viscosity suited to automatic lubrication systems; brush or oilcan application also possible

Applications:

• Paint stoving ovens, bakery oven chains, conveyors and stenters

• Operating temperature: 0°C to +280°C

• Flash point: >300°C
• Evaporation loss at 200°C: 2.6%
• Shelf life: 3 years (storage 1°C to 40°C)
