SE3000 is a liquid, 2-component, addition-cure silicone system. It cures at ambient or elevated temperature to a moderately hard thermally conductive silicone rubber with a very low viscosity, a low volatile content and provides excellent environmental protection. SE3000 is recommended for the encapsulation of highly populated electronic assemblies requiring high flow between the components. It is completely neutral and will not cause corrosion of electrodes and other metal parts.
