PPG PR-1425CF Class B is a fast curing, chrome free aircraft windshield and canopy sealant. Service temperature is −54 to 121 °C, with intermittent excursions up to 135 °C. It is a transparency sealant that adheres to properly prepared glass, polycarbonate and acrylic; it is formulated not to craze substrates and resists UV, weather exposure and rain erosion. It is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide primed with PR-1861 Adhesion Promoter.

- Application life 30 minutes; tack free under 4 hours; 30 Shore A in 5 hours
- Accelerated cure to 30 Shore A in 4 hours at 52 °C

- Dry peel: glass 206, acrylic 285, polycarbonate 258, aluminium 245, MIL-PRF-85285 topcoat 241 N/25 mm, 100% cohesive
- No cracking or loss of adhesion at −54 °C
