ELASTOSIL® E41 is a flowable, one-component silicone rubber (RTV-1) with very good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is an acetic acid curing system and contains toluene as a solvent. It has good primerless adhesion to many substrates and is used as a multipurpose glue. Preliminary tests are recommended to optimize conditions for the particular application.
