Lanxess Lewatit® K 2629 is a strongly acidic, macroporous, polystyrene-based cation exchange resin in spherical bead form with sulfonic acid groups. It is used as a heterogeneous catalyst in organic reactions and for processing aqueous and organic liquids, with exceptional mechanical stability.
