Hernon® Supertacker 357 is a single-component, high-performance elastomeric adhesive with exceptional bonding to a broad range of materials including metals, glass, plastic composites, rubber, leather, wood and vinyl. It provides a tough, waterproof bond that will not crack or become brittle, and hardens by solvent evaporation.

- Appearance: clear liquid; viscosity at 25 °C 90,000–150,000 cP; specific gravity 1.36; solids 30% by weight, 40% by volume
- Tack free ≤30 min; full cure of thin film 24 hours; temperature range −40 to 150 °C (−40 to 302 °F)
- Cured: tensile strength 3500 psi; elongation 900%; hardness 80 Shore A; dielectric strength 400 V/mil
- 180° peel (ASTM D903, 7 days at 22 °C): steel 45, wood 40, PVC 38, polycarbonate 37, aluminium 35, glass 34 pli
Use and Storage
- Apply to both surfaces and press together; significant grab in 5–10 minutes at 21 °C, normal bond lines 24 hours, thick bond lines 48–72 hours
- Not recommended for aquariums, Styrofoam, polystyrene, polyethylene or polypropylene
- 10–27 °C (50–80 °F) in unopened containers
