3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 950 uses 3M Adhesive 300, a pressure-sensitive, medium-firm acrylic adhesive offering excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces, including low surface energy plastics and foam. It features very high initial adhesion with good holding power.
Features
- Total tape thickness 0.13 mm (5 mil); 60# glassine liner
- 90° peel adhesion after 15 min: 8.1 N/cm to stainless steel, 6.6 N/cm to polypropylene (ASTM D3330)
- Temperature resistance: 121 °C short term, 70 °C long term; lower limit -40 °C
- Good humidity, UV, water, temperature-cycling and chemical resistance
- Dielectric strength 340 V/mil (ASTM D149)
