Tiolube 460

Tiolube 460 is a heat-cured, corrosion-resistant MoS2 solid film lubricant for metal-to-metal contact surfaces.

Features:

• Low friction; protects against friction, galling, wear and corrosion
• Molybdenum disulfide lubricant in a thermosetting binder
• Film thickness: 0.0002 to 0.0005 in
• Cure: air dry 30 min, then 1.5 h at 350°F (177°C) or 1 h at 400°F (204°C) part temperature

Applications:

• Fasteners, bearings, splines and shafts
• Hydraulic fittings, marine hardware, weapons and automotive components
