Applications
1. AN220 can be used as an adhesive to enhance bond of synthetic fibers or plated wire steel to rubber for tires, conveyor belt, drive belt, damping rubber, anti-vibration rubber and industrial component, etc.
2. AN220 is used as methylene acceptor in resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica adhesion system and it is often used with methylene donors, such as hexa-methylenetetramine (HMTA) or hexamethoxymethylmelamine (HMMM).
3. The amount of AN220 in the compounding system is recommended to be 1-3 parts, and the amount of the methylene donor is recommended to be 1-3 parts.
4. Fuming is significantly reduced during processing, it also has excellent adhesion and adhesion retention.
