Biobor® EB is an additive formulated for gasoline and ethanol fuel blends that combats the negative effects of ethanol in fuel tanks and engines. Over time ethanol separates from gasoline, settles at the bottom of the tank and mixes with water in the fuel; this phase separation makes the engine burn an ethanol/water mixture, causing loss of efficiency and power. Biobor EB keeps gasoline and ethanol in suspension and prevents phase separation. It stabilizes fuel for up to 18 months; as a detergent it cleans injectors and valves of carbon deposits, and it protects fuel systems and intake valves against corrosion. It adds lubricity that protects pistons, O-rings, fuel lines and seals. It was developed for all two and four-cycle engines and is alcohol free.
Dosage
- Everyday protection: 1 ounce per 15 gallons of fuel
- Seasonal storage and fuel system clean-up: 1 ounce per 5 gallons of fuel
