How is microbial contamination in fuel detected and treated?
The Hum-Bug test kit detects fungal and bacterial growth in fuels and oils at an early stage. If contamination is present, Biobor JF is used at a shock dose, and at a maintenance dose to prevent it. For use on aircraft, follow the engine and airframe manufacturers’ approvals and the product TDS.
What is LubriBor CI used for?
LubriBor CI is a concentrated corrosion inhibitor and lubricity improver for jet fuel, diesel and gasoline. It conforms to MIL-PRF-25017 and DEF STAN 68-251.
