Paints and coatings for aircraft and defence systems: primers and surfacers, topcoats, thinners, hardeners and activators, chemical conversion coatings and surface preparation, conductive and specialty coatings, fuel tank coatings, conformal coatings and torque seal. Most products are from PPG Aerospace, alongside Bonderite, Dykem, AkzoNobel and Nycote. MABAYCO is an authorised distributor for PPG Aerospace and Nycote. In aerospace, the paint system is defined by specification: MIL-PRF-23377 for epoxy primers, MIL-PRF-85285 for polyurethane topcoats, MIL-DTL-5541 for conversion coatings and BMS 10-11 for Boeing applications are among the most requested. Primer, topcoat and thinner belong to one system; component matching is given in the TDS.
