Momentive TSE389 is a one-component, oxime-cure, flowable silicone adhesive sealant that cures at room temperature with atmospheric moisture. It bonds to many metals, plastics, ceramics and glass without primers; the -C version is clear (translucent).

- Volume resistivity 1.0×10¹⁵ Ω·cm; dielectric strength 20 kV/mm
