PPG PR-1422 Class B is an aircraft integral fuel tank sealant. Service temperature is −54 to 121 °C, with intermittent excursions up to 135 °C. It is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other fuselage sealing applications, and maintains elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. It is a two-part, dichromate cured polysulfide, a low sag, thixotropic paste applied by extrusion gun or spatula. Tests are run to AMS-S-8802 Class B methods.

- Weight loss 5.0% after 7 days in JRF at 60 °C; no corrosion after 20 days in salt water/JRF
- No cracking or loss of adhesion at −54 °C; repairable to itself
