Momentive RTV630 is a blue, two-component silicone rubber compound with a 10:1 mix ratio by weight. It is a medium viscosity product forming thin, light-weight moulds with excellent durability, with high tear resistance and inherent release ability. It cures at room temperature or with heat.

- Cured (1 hour at 100 °C): hardness 60 Shore A; tensile 820 psi; elongation 250%; tear 110 lb/in; linear shrinkage 0.8%
- Dielectric strength 17.7 kV/mm; service temperature −60 to 204 °C
Cure and Use
- Cure: 7 days at 25 °C, 4 hours at 65 °C, 1 hour at 100 °C or 15 min at 150 °C
- Use SS4155 primer where adhesion is required
