Momentive SilCool™ TIA208R is a two-component, thermally conductive silicone for potting and gap filling. Cured at room temperature or quickly with heat, it forms a thermally conductive rubber that adheres to most metals and plastics without primers. Its flowability lets it conform to complex three-dimensional shapes and cavities, creating a thermal path. It is used in power supplies, LED drivers, ballasts and electronic devices. It is UL94 V-0 certified (E320603); UL RTI 150 °C.
